stu3Dio's 3D rendering services started out a decade ago solely as a resource for Architects.

A majority of our clients are architecture firms large and small, who rely on our services to produce professional presentations that will put their projects over the top and to help get them approved by building departments and clients/investors.

Our staff members have architectural training and backgrounds and our 3D renderings are geared towards architecture and the proper presentation of the design intent.

We are well versed at what it takes to get a project approved and have a good idea of what building departments and design review boards want to see in 3D renderings and presentations.

stu3Dio has produced 3D renderings for a variety of architectural projects from small residential projects, to large shopping mall complexes with all the intricacies that a large development requires.

We have also worked with planning departments on the 3D modeling of entire downtown districts to allow city planners to see how future projects fit within the existing fabric and the type of impact any new projects to the surrounding structures.
